Slide We are committed to reducing the harm of jails on everyone... especially targeted individuals and communities. The jails system has its most harmful impact on Black, Indigenous, Latinx and other People of Color, people with all kinds of disabilities, economically disadvantaged people, women, people targeted by gender (LGBTQI+), trans and gender non-conforming people, youth, and elders. We are committed to the well-being of everyone caught in the jaws of the criminal IN-justice system. No one is disposable. Our current and projected work towards these goals includes: • Mutual support for local activities
• Collaborative action toward statewide policy change
• Capacity building for effectiveness
